SECTION 22 - Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with proof (such as photos or order details). We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or credit.

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled by the customer. However, we may cancel an order on our end if we determine we cannot fulfill it—under which circumstances a refund or replacement may be offered.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted usage of an account that you purchase, it's not up to us to keep it safe after delivery. We don't originally own any of the accounts and if anything happens to it after delivery it is entirely not up to us, because of this no refunds or replacements will be given in case of any problem on an account after delivery.
